My name is Mr. James Weaver I was the Director of facilities for StVincent's Manhattan /Staten Island Hospital locations. I have used Mr. Nativo's construction firm Atec in many ways ranging from remodeling of birthing rooms, nursing stations, installation of acoustical ceiling, fire stopping throughout entire hospital, bathroom remodeling, chill line replacement approx six hundred liner feet through parking lot, new pipe installation, painting, as well as emergency calls all hours' day or night and many other projects. Thru the years I have used other contactors I never found one as clean, efficient, on time or more dedicated to a project as Atec. I am currently at Kingsborough college and I still call Mr. Nativo for roof repairs. Where other roofers that could not fix the problems I had encountered, but due to Atec's great workmanship as of today I found no leaks.
