Interior Painting

Our setup and preparation process are keys to a professional interior paint project. We take all the precautions to cover and protect all furniture, floors and any unpainted surfaces with rosin paper, plastic and tarps to protect from preparation debris and paint.  We move all furniture as needed. Our preparation process consists of filling nail holes and imperfections, repairing settling.  We then clean and sand walls and surfaces to be painted to a smooth finish. All drywall repairs are then primed to ensure even sheen and paint coverage. After a final look the paint process begins.

Paint will be applied meticulously to the highest level of quality and cleanliness... At the completion of every job we will REMOVE clean and remove all debris, empty cans and any other job related waste. All interior work areas are vacuumed and left in a very very clean state. Finally, we perform a final inspection to guarantee quality results and customer satisfaction.

Exterior Painting

We begin with a mildicide pressure wash to remove and prevent the growth of moss and mild remove dirt and grime as needed. We scrape, sand and caulk surfaces in need. Any loose siding, trim and downspouts are re-nailed or strapped.  We cover surfaces not to be painted and protect surrounding areas such as sidewalks and landscape with professional tarps and plastic sheeting.

Exterior primer is then applied to all surfaces being painted, a mildew resistant primer is used to fight stains. A coat of primer is applied on all bare surfaces immediately after surface preparation to minimize exposure to the elements.  Then, a first coat of paint is applied to guarantee even paint coverage. A second coat of paint is also applied to ensure a higher degree of color retention, protection and value.  The final step is the inspection process. Each job is inspected to make sure we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. If any touch-ups are necessary they are completed at this time. You now have a professionally painted home that will maintain its value for many years to come.
