- 2. Pump out sediment and squeegee clean
- 3. Cut access hole
- 4. Weld all original tank seams
- 5. Plate up and weld all visible holes
- 6. Set up tripod to lower new steel plates
- 7. Lower steel plates into tank
- 8. Tack weld plates into position
- 9. Weld all new plates (and heads)
- 10.Pressure test tank seams using soapy water
